The staff were attentive, wonderful relaxing hotel. The venue room was newly decorated with microwave, hair particles all over the sink and a Jacuzzi tub. The location was comfy and unbeatable, for example, Moviesets was within a close distance from the hotel. The property was in a fantastic area. The service was good and the pool was clean.

Family retreat with personal touch
Jessica Dalfonso, she were really good too ship my son's jersey back to us after we left it behind. And Angel, who treated us like family, stepped out to say hi to my daughter, one of a kind service.

The king suite was spacious and had a comfy bed. The room temperature was just right, but I noticed it was somewhat outdated. There was some wear and tear, especially in the bathroom. Had an issue with cleanliness since the room didn't feel fresh. I faced some smoke smell that lingered. It was okay, but definitely needs a refresh.

The hotel had a very comfortable bed and the breakfast options exceeded my expectations. Check-in was smooth, but the room left much to be desired due to lingering odors and cleanliness issues. The housekeeping staff's frequent disruptions at early hours were quite bothersome.

I enjoyed a restful night in a spacious king suite with a comfy bed and great temperature control. The outdoor pool was a nice spot to relax, and I loved winding down by the poolside after breakfast. The only downside was that some areas could use a little freshening up, but overall it was a solid stay 🌊
